CONTEXT
In early 2016, I joined Petphabet, a startup company specializing in pet supplies such as cat litter boxes, dog pads, poop scoopers, and dog bowls. During my tenure, I played a key role in transforming our Amazon product listings and implementing a successful gamification-based landing page. Our brand tagline, "The ABC's of Pet," encapsulated our mission to provide essential, high-quality pet products.
This position marked my first experience with e-commerce after years as a visual designer and project manager at Speedo. At Petphabet, I discovered my passion for the digital realm, gaining valuable insights into e-commerce operations, website management, and content management systems. Although the company eventually ceased operations, the lessons learned and the experience gained during this period were invaluable.

Amazon Product Listings: When I started, our products were ranked around 26,000 in a highly competitive market on Amazon. Our goal was to improve our rankings and increase sales significantly within six months.
Gamification-Based Landing Page: Our goal was to attract 100,000 subscribers in three months by implementing a gamification-based landing page to engage pet lovers.

Initial Ranking: 26,000
After 6 Months: Ranked at 3,000
Peak Achievement: Reached the top 1,000 and became one of the best sellers for dog pads.
Gamification-Based Landing Page:
Subscriber Growth: Attracted 40,000 subscribers within the first month.
Website Traffic: Significant increase in website traffic and engagement due to the contest.
