The new Fastskin LZR Racer Suit, launched just in time for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, is set to make waves as athletes gear up for the games. We designed this striking wall in our flagship store in Taguig, Manila's bustling business and shopping district, to celebrate and promote this groundbreaking swimwear.

We added a mannequin on top that is in a form of someone who's swimming showcasing the full suit.

Here we added graphics showcasing the different accessories they can pair along with the collection.

Transforming Storefronts

Seasonal Store Displays

Seasonal Store Displays

Every quarter, our team would redesign the store displays to align with the season. This involved creating visually engaging themes that captivated customers and enhanced their shopping experience. From 2010 to 2012, my efforts were recognized with three awards for Best Christmas Window Displays. Although I don’t have images of these award-winning displays, the recognition speaks to the impact and quality of our work.

One of the highlights of my tenure at Speedo was the creation of large-scale billboard advertisements. These billboards, measuring about 60 feet tall, were strategically placed to capture the attention of passersby and promote Speedo's brand message effectively.

Marketing and Promotional Items

Marketing and Promotional Items

In addition to store displays, I was responsible for creating a range of marketing and promotional materials. This included designing 60 ft tall billboards, print ads, shopping bags, and folders. Each item was meticulously crafted to reflect Speedo's brand identity and engage our target audience effectively. Below are some thumbnails showcasing these designs.

Project Management and Achievements

Project Management and Achievements

As a Project Manager, I not only led the visual design efforts but also ensured that projects were delivered on time and within budget. I was honored as an Outstanding Employee for two consecutive years (2009 and 2010) for exceeding expectations and implementing cost-cutting measures that aligned with business goals. Managing the visual design for the Speedo store in Malaysia was a particularly memorable and successful project.

This window display showcases our triathlon wear alongside sponsored triathlon bikes and accessories. Inspired by old-school Gundam toys, the design features parts arranged as if ready to be assembled, creating an engaging and nostalgic experience for customers.

During one of my visits to the store, I saw customers captivated by the display and eager to engage with the products. It was rewarding to witness firsthand the appreciation for our hard work.
