Context
After the positive reception of the Kawani app prototype among school staff, there was growing anticipation for its potential impact. This led to a strategic focus on refining the Admin interface to cater to the specific needs and pain points of administrators. This case study explores the iterative development of Kawani, driven by valuable feedback from school stakeholders eager to optimize volunteer management processes.
Kawani, a volunteer management app, was developed in collaboration with Falcon Academy of Science and Technology and the Falcon Watch D.O.G.S. Chair Rich Amparo. This case study focuses on designing the Admin interface to streamline volunteer management processes based on feedback from participating parents.
